Lise Lafleur Age: How Old Is Guy Lafleur’s Wife?

Lise Lafleur was the wife of  Canadian professional ice hockey player Guy Lafluer.

Lise Lafleur and Guy Lafleur got married in 1973 and at the time of their marriage, her husbaand Guy had just initiated his professional career whereas she used to be a college sophomore.

Lise was born in the late ’60s in Lachine, Quebec and is the mother of two sons with her husband, the winner of five Stanley Cups, Guy Lafleur.

Much is not known about Lise Lafleur but her husband Guy Lafleur was the first player in National Hockey League (NHL) history to score 50 goals in six consecutive seasons as well as 50 goals and 100 points in six consecutive seasons.

Between 1971 and 1991, Guy Lafleur played right wing for the;

  • Montreal Canadiens,
  • New York Rangers, and
  • Quebec Nordiques in an NHL career spanning 17 seasons, and five Stanley Cup championships in 1973, 1976, 1977, 1978, and 1979 (all with the Canadiens).
  • In 2017, Guy Lafleur was named one of the ‘100 Greatest NHL Players’ in history.

    Sadly, Guy Lafleur died in April 2022, at age 70 after a battle with lung cancer.
